WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The delivery time is 10 working days maximum for the Peninsula. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day and can take up to 2 weeks. During periods such as Black Friday, Christmas or holidays, delivery times may change. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
* Orders outside the Peninsula and international are subject to other delivery times.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are: €5 for the Peninsula, €8 for the Balearic Islands €12 for Las Palmas, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla (shipments to these areas may be subject to customs procedures that the buyer will assume) €9 for Portugal €17 for Europe €26 for USA, Canada, Central and South America
HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order leaves our facilities you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check the status on the transport agency website.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
You have 15 calendar days from when you receive the order to make a change or return. The process is very simple, you just have to contact email@example.com, and send us the package through the transport agency of your choice, we recommend sending it certified or with a tracking number; Once received and after verifying that the garments are in good condition and have not been used, the exchange or refund is made. *In case of exchange or return, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The new shipment from our facilities will be €5 for the Peninsula.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM PURCHASED DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ONE SENT?
If when you open your order, you verify that the item is not the one you bought (model, size, color...) or it has some type of tare, contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to open an incident and solve it.
